 SHOTOKAN KARATE IS A GREAT MARTIAL ART FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN

 ALL AGES, BEGINNERS & ALL GRADES ARE ALL ALWAYS WELCOME!

WE TEACH THE TRADITIONAL JAPANESE KARATE STYLE “SHOTOKAN”.

 

The Shotokan Karate practice relies on good and correct techniques rather than body size or age.

The most important philosophy of JKA Shotokan Karate is “there is no advantage in attacking first”.

We teach true Karate: positive training of both mind and body!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LEARN SELF-DEFENCE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT & IMPROVE FITNESS

Learning karate boosts confidence and teaches students a positive attitude, self- control, self-esteem, self-discipline and self-ence in a safe environment .
