Bromley & South East London JKA Karate Club celebrated Easter by inviting a great guest instructor: Sensei Roy, MBE, (6th Dan), member of the JKA England Technical Committe to its dojo in Petts Wood on Wednesday 10th April 2019.
Fantastic sessions that covered the karate basics, many katas and kumite techniques!!!
